NOV-DEL100 Daytime EL Inspection System
Electroluminescence inspection in full daylight. Captures a whole 1500 V string in under 30 seconds at 100,000 lux, with AI defect recognition and automatic reports. No shading tent, no night shifts.
Traditional EL inspection means night work or bulky shading tents. The NOV-DEL100 changes that. Its 40-megapixel infrared camera and patented full-band optical filtering capture string-level EL images in direct midday sun of up to 100,000 lux, without disconnecting modules or shutting the plant down. Built-in AI corrects exposure, removes noise, then identifies and grades 12 types of defect in under 3 seconds and produces a standardised report with module-level location. A conventional night mode is also available.
